Weight loss doesn’t need fancy diets or quick fixes. Nutritionist Vidhi Thakkar (lost 30 kgs herself) shares a simple, sustainable Indian way to start your weight loss journey.
Looking for a Free Diet Plan?
Hey, I’m Vidhi.
Nutritionist. Habit coach. And someone who has lost 30 kgs herself — not by eating fancy salads or quitting rice, but by eating smarter.
If you landed here looking for a “free diet plan” — I totally understand.
Because years back, I was doing the same.
But here’s what I wish someone told me clearly back then.
Weight Loss Doesn’t Start With a Diet Chart.
It Starts With Understanding Why You Gain or Lose Weight.
No matter what diet you follow,
No matter what food you eat
THE BASIC LOGIC STAYS THE SAME
→ You lose fat when your body burns more calories than you eat.
→ You gain fat when you eat more than your body needs.
It’s called calorie deficit. It’s science. It’s universal.
But the real magic is in how you apply it to your life.
Simple Home Food, Made Smartly.
But I made one change — started eating foods that kept me full without adding extra unnecessary calories.
→ Not small bowls of soup.
→ Not skipping my favourite foods.
→ Not starving.
Just smarter choices.
I Keep Sharing Healthier Versions of The Foods We All Love On My Page.
→ Noodles without guilt
→ Chaats that are filling
→ Sandwiches that fuel you
→ Momos with more protein
→ Pizza & Burger but made smarter
Because weight loss doesn’t have to feel like punishment.
Check my Instagram @chubbytochiseled and you’ll know exactly what I mean.
Real food. Real life. Real results.
Here’s a Very Basic Indian Meal Routine You Can Start With:

• Morning: Fruit + 5 soaked almonds
• Breakfast: Besan Chilla / Poha / Oats
• Lunch: Dal + Rice / Roti + Sabzi + Salad
• Snack: Makhana / Roasted Chana / Fruit
• Dinner: Paneer / Dal / Veggies + Rice / Roti
• Water: 2-3 Litres daily
This is not a one-size-fits-all plan — but it’s a gentle structure to bring some balance.
But If You Are Dealing With PCOS, Thyroid, Diabetes Or Hormonal Issues.

Your journey needs a little more care.
Because it’s not just about calories — it’s also about:
→ Your hormones
→ Your stress levels
→ Your medical history
→ Your routine & lifestyle
That’s where personalised nutrition comes in — and yes, it takes effort, time and daily guidance — that’s why it’s part of my paid 1:1 coaching.
